AI Leadership Lab: Step Into Leadership in the Intelligence Era

$297 per part · virtual · two 2‑hour sessions, three weeks apart

For people leaders, career transitioners, and business owners.

Whether you say it out loud or only to yourself, there’s a fear around what AI will do. Your team is already using it. The work is moving faster, but it’s starting to look and sound the same. And no one has told you what stays human, what goes to your people, and what goes to AI. For leaders, it comes down to one question: how do I lead my people and manage AI at the same time?

Here’s the Lo Down. Leadership is not about having all the answers. It’s about taking the next step when you don’t. The AI Leadership Lab is a two‑part virtual micro‑learning experience that strengthens the human skills you need to lead people and manage AI together. This is not a tools class. This is not a prompts class. This is leadership.

Part One — Take the First Step: Understand the Human Advantage. Find out why so much work now looks and sounds the same, the leadership gap behind it, and how to stop it. You’ll build your own H.I.T.™ (Human Intelligence Tenet), your standard for how you lead, decide, and stay accountable when AI is part of the work. Then you’ll put it to work for three weeks.

Part Two — Take the Next Step: Manage AI with Human Intelligence. Come back with three weeks of real practice. Now we fine‑tune it for real AI adoption. Adoption isn’t just using the tools. It’s deciding what to keep, what to hand to your people, and what to hand to AI. Then you bring your team along as thought partners, so you make better decisions together.

You’ll walk away with
  • Your own H.I.T.™ to guide how you lead with AI
  • A way to spot AI slop before it reaches your clients or your team
  • A clear plan for which work stays with you, your people, and AI

Executive AI Leadership Forum: Is your AI investment showing up in your EBIT?

No charge · virtual · 12–1pm CST

For CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, and senior AI decision makers.

Leaders plan to invest an average of $186 million in AI this year. Only 6% of organizations get at least 5% of their EBIT from AI. The spending is real. The return isn’t keeping up. Organizations that pair AI scale with workforce investment are 4x more likely to see meaningful value.

The gap sits in the change model underneath the technology. Every change framework was built for change that ends. AI doesn’t refreeze. It keeps evolving, and your leaders have to evolve with it.

Join me for a free Executive AI Forum on October 28, 2026 — in person and virtual — to explore the Distributed Intelligence Leadership™ Change Model and where it belongs in your 2027 AI strategy. Our October 7 virtual session is now full.

Ask your employer to invest

Many organizations set aside continuing education and leadership development budgets for verified, accredited training. Because this program is CPD accredited, it fits that budget. Ask your manager or HR team whether your continuing education benefit covers the certification.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the accreditation.

What does CPD accredited mean?

It means the program has been independently reviewed by the CPD Standards Office and meets recognized standards for continuing professional development. Learning hours are verified, structured, and documented.

How many CPD hours is the certification worth?

Twelve CPD hours. One CPD hour equals one full hour of instruction or learning, not counting breaks.

What do I receive when I finish?

A CPD Standards Office Certificate and a CPD Learning Tool documenting your 12 CPD hours. Certificates are issued only to learners who complete the entire program.

Will this count toward my SHRM, HRCI, ATD, ICF, ACMP, or PMI credential?

In many cases, yes, through self-reporting. Each body accepts relevant continuing education from providers outside its own approved-provider list, as long as the content fits its requirements. See the table above, and confirm with your credentialing body.

Is this a tools or prompting course?

No. This is leadership. You’ll learn the Distributed Intelligence™ Leadership Change Management Framework for leading people with human intelligence while directing artificial intelligence and automated intelligence in the same team.

Can my company pay for it?

Yes. Because the program is CPD accredited, it often qualifies for employer continuing education or professional development budgets. Organizational pricing is available for teams of 5 to 200+.

Who is it for?

Managers, team leaders, senior leaders, executives, HR, L&D, and OD professionals, coaches, consultants, and any professional leading or working alongside AI.
